Our Mexican vanilla pods contain plenty of vanilla pulp, are oily and very efficient. They have a strong and flavor-intensive aroma, making this vanilla particularly suitable for refining desserts and all kinds of baked goods. Also suitable for seasoning meat or fish.

You can also use the pods to make vanilla sugar, extract or oil. To flavor sugar, simply store it together with a vanilla pod for some time in an airtight jar. The jar should be shaken from time to time to mix the ingredients.

Mexican vanilla is rarer on the market compared to vanilla from other regions. We source our vanilla directly and pay a fair price for a product that requires a lot of manual labor. Your purchase supports the Mexican vanilla production, which has been affected by drought and theft.
